project card with floss tag tabs

I love the original design, but had recently designed some floss drops that utilized the dmc tag and thought this might be a good addition to this project too. I had to stretch the design to get the correct spacing for the DMC tags to fit in each slot, so it only holds 7 colors now. But I did also add an extra hole at the top to be able to put multiple cards on a ring to keep them together for when projects call for more colors. Thank you to the original designer, for the nice starting point. I hope you don't mind my changes.
