I'm designing a custom box with a lid, measuring exactly 2 inches by 3 inches. The threaded holes are ready to receive 10-32 screws, and I recommend using a screw that's at least 3/8 inch long, but no longer than 1/2 inch. Print Settings: Printer: Monoprice Select Mini Rafts: No rafts will be used during printing. Supports: No supports are necessary for this design. Resolution: The print resolution will be set to 0.2 millimeters. Infill: The infill percentage will be 20% to ensure a strong and stable structure. Post-Printing: Once the print is complete, I'll remove it from the printer bed and inspect it for any defects or imperfections. If necessary, I may use sandpaper or other tools to smooth out any rough edges or surfaces. Finally, I'll apply a coat of paint or varnish to protect the box and give it a professional finish.
