Project 22160 is a series of advanced naval vessels being built for the Russian Naval Forces. Designed to excel at patrol, surveillance, and defense operations in both open waters and enclosed seas, these powerful warships are taking shape. By February 2014, construction began on the first ship, with five vessels under production by December 2016. The initial vessel officially joined the Russian Navy in December 2018.
