The 3D model was designed in Sketchup 15, then transformed into other 3D formats. Its native format is .skp and its 3ds Max scene uses version 2016, rendered with Vray 3.00. The building stands as a ten story office tower raised on pilotis, surrounding a central atrium and courtyard. It boasts multiple balconies for year-round enjoyment, especially during summer months when they are particularly appreciated. This new addition is situated next to North Kedzie Hall at Michigan State University, replacing the outdated South Kedzie with a more suitable counterpart.
