I revamped Folker's design in acrylic, then fine-tuned it in Illustrator. Available are .ai and .svg versions - feel free to upgrade anything you want. Rearrange the pins, add more notes to make a full song. I've included detailed information next to each part, color-coded for clarity on dowel and ball bearing placement. Originally, there were six; after two events - Mini Maker Faire and Arts Festival - they needed some TLC, leading to incremental improvements until this latest version. Hopefully, you'll surpass my efforts. For personal use or a single child, 5mm Baltic birch plywood works well with a 40-watt laser cutter; however, for a festival setting, it's not the best choice. This project was lasercut using RDWorks software.
