My dad's ProfiTech Diamant Steintrennmaschine (rotary stone saw) STC 350 II-PRCD-LASER Filtersieb (filter screen), which keeps debris out of the cooling water, has come loose. The screw thread (Schraubgewinde) had worn off. The filter screen is a two-part component: one part holds the actual screen, and the other part connects it with threads. I measured the threaded part, re-designed it in OpenScad, and printed it. Now the thread runs smoothly like butter! I'm uploading this here so others can 3D print this replacement if they need it. It's based on screw threads from project https://github.com/MisterHW/IoP-satellite. If you want to customize it, clone that repository and its dependencies "a78b36fc8" then drop my file "nh2-gutter-inlay-plate.scad" into the directory "IoP-satellite/OpenSCAD bottle threads".
