I spent a day fine-tuning the stacking on my ender 3 3D printers, and it works seamlessly with the stock printer when printed at 50 percent speed and at full speed with a dual drive direct extruder - your mileage may vary. Included is the saved Cura setup that should open the entire project exactly as I set it up, allowing you to tweak it and export G-code. Also included is my working G-code, which has proven effective on three printers at 50 percent speed for a stock printer. I also added the profile I used and the original STL files from 3Done. You'll notice that I employed post-processing scripts that adjust the temperature between items - this tweak was incredibly effective and nearly eliminated the need for a gap to separate them. There's also an STL of a stack with no gaps, which I intend to test using post-processing cold layers to see if I can achieve even nicer top and bottom layers than I'm already getting.
