With a robust outside finish that sets it apart from its ASPEN-40D counterpart, the VAIL-40S is a single-sided extrusion boasting a profile width of 37 mm or 1.45 inches. This rigid aluminum frame benefits greatly from its reinforced backside, which features a longer metal edge for added stability. As a result, it excels in applications such as wall mounting and overhead hanging. Moreover, the VAIL-40S is remarkably lightweight, yet due to its thin profile width, it is not recommended for use as a free-standing display without support for widths exceeding 8 feet. When installing fabric graphics, the silicone beading can fit snugly into the trough, accommodating 12 mm or .47 inches in depth and 3 mm or .11 inches in width. Unfortunately, this frame is incompatible with lights, rendering backlit displays impossible.
