This is similar to a 5x5x5 rubic's cube, but it uses a different and much more efficient mechanism. It's easy make the mechanism of the standard 3x3 cube using standard modeling procedures, but as you get to more complex cuts and designs its impossible to make them like that. All the models of cubes i saw in grabcad use the standard approach . I uploaded this to show the best way to tackle the creation of more complex mechanisms. If there is sufficient interest i will make a tutorial explaining the process better.If you try to 3d print this, dont try to 3d print it as a whole, since it would need some chances to work like that.
