Professional Adhesion and Aesthetics VERTICAL Benchmark

Video : https://youtu.be/q2akjjWOpcU This is a "professional" FDM benchmark, meaning I use it to make money, and it is derived from a product and features qualities and dimensions of my products of the time. The goal of this benchmark is 2-fold, first it must test the strength of the filament in a "snap-test" to make sure it is rugged enough for paintball, airsoft, nerf, or other sport - from an FDM print. Secondly is an aesthetics test, as the surface is stylized and can be used for a variety of aesthetic tests from retraction, layer seam placement, and checking for layer issues. This is an advanced test and how you use it is up to you. I suggest you use a layer-width you like, and you get comfortable with varying your layer-width. I suggest 2-outlines, the rest 100% solid, slow print, hot, etc. The goal here is maximum strength and maximum aesthetic for functional and rugged parts. 2-hour print time recommended : You get 2-snaps per print minimum, print these multiple times, different settings, and see the differences. (benchmark source - lopped of the top end of a 380mm vertical print for consumer use). The "wings" are the only important bits for testing, the base is just there. THIS IS A SUBJECTIVE TEST : The part is designed to give maximum subjective feedback in the form of tactile 'stinging' if the part is very strong, audible sounds, visuals, etc. It seems to give constant results, making it a good test for me personally.
