PROFAPLA, a face shield system designed to be easily made using various methods: - 3D printing, including FDM, SLS, MJF; - Laser cutting; - Plotter & CNC cutting; - And even manual cutting. Developed with feedback from V1 users. V1: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4285491 PROFAPLA is one of the lightest and fastest face shields to produce and assemble, with a 13-minute printing time on a 0.4 mm nozzle, weighing only 5 grams, and requiring a maximum of 30 seconds for assembly. The design of PROFAPLA was created based on precise statistical data of head measurements (dimensions, outlines, shape). It is therefore comfortable to wear and will fit the greatest number of potential users, male or female. Main specifications: - One-piece design; - No tools required; - Ultra-light (5 grams / 0.2 oz); - Ultra-fast to make (13' with 0.4mm nozzle); - Screen freely adjustable in height; - Does not limit head mobility; - Glasses and respiratory masks compatible (and to be used in conjunction with); - Huge storability (30,000 per cubic meter, screens and elastics included); - EU and US versions (A4, US Letter).
