... here is a production sequence from the current project planning of the "los frittatas", filled dough balls, where we fill the filling contents of the "los frittatas" as well as dough in a double-injection functionprocedures:Dough is injected through the outer sleeve (not included in the scope of the group!) as a floor - then the filling injected through the middle nozzle - and both together, the "los frittatas"!the outer dough layer is sprayed longer - extruder-controlled and completely envelops the filling.So we do not need to introduce a filling afterwards - but inject it in one process.it can be inserted any filling - so also the well-known "berliner pancakes" in this kind - in a process to be produced, automatically!it is fried by means of steam with finely atomised oil.project is part of the automatic food production and the issue of free meals.step, igs, stl
