we continue with the production of the packaging for the mussel ice cream.we have little space in the food dispenser, so we have to build it compactly, so that we can slide the required modules in from the side, and do this automatically when changing.we want to use PET plastic here, namely recycled material that we have produced ourselves, granulated ourselves. And in contrast to the usual processes today, we only make the PET hot, but not liquid, so it stays like dough - pasteus.we press a blob into the lower mold and then press the upper mold on top: this distributes the pasteus PET and the rest with the stamp, which creates the residual pressure - ensures that our packaging is produced well.we only use cooking oil as a release agent: this means we can process the mold halves directly in our food dispenserwe have to distance ourselves from the manufacturing processes that are common here in Germany today: they are too poor, ineffective, time-consuming, require other processes and equipment and are very expensive. so we make our own....step, igs, stl
