production of cheese on module

We're getting into some really interesting stuff now: on the transport module, we've got a combination of various parts that serve one main purpose - to produce cheese. I'm going to walk you through how it all works. Here's the background: Cheese is made by milking animals like goats, sheep, or cows using specific tools and substances, starting with something as simple as lemon juice but also involving lab herbs that help thicken it. By introducing a triggering agent like citric acid or lab herbs, we can convert the egg white in milk into a coagulated state. Our design starts with thickened milk in a container, which is then placed on the transport module and turned around completely in the next step. In this process, whey escapes from the cheese mass, and we need to collect it before discharging liquid downwards. The construction is fully automatic, so no humans come into contact with any of the appliances or substances involved. All necessary parts are set up automatically. Below the milk pan is where we find the divider inserted into the curdled milk, which divides and segments the cheese mass, assigning a volume to each segment. Above this, the tubus segment is an assembly of tube-like, continuously open tubes where the divided cheese mass is extracted from the milk pan. Finally, there's the end cap that closes the tube body upwards, allowing us to turn the device over without the raw cheese falling out. The poster illustrates the process in a visual way, and we have 3D models available in various formats (step, ig, stl, pdf).
