ProDuct - Creality CR-10S Pro [No Mod] Fang Fan Duct

I've been using my custom-made fang style fan duct since the original one snapped after a few prints - decided to share it as there aren't many other models available that offer airflow from opposite sides on the stock CR-10S Pro configuration, which is crucial for not disrupting filament shape when bridging. Its model uses quite large channelling ducts to reduce airflow friction and maximize flow from the 4020 fan, while still allowing a clear view of the nozzle. On other Creality printers, there's been a need for fan and duct replacements due to the 4010 fan being too weak. With the Pro though, changing the fan to 5015 isn't necessary - the original fan is strong enough as long as you get better directed airflow. With this duct, a 150mm bridge is no problem and focuses air in large quantities right below the nozzle. As I originally printed this without a fan in PETG (since the stock duct was broken!) and wanted the duct to be as large as possible to maintain airflow, I didn't fillet or chamfer the duct to make it print without supports: thus, I separated the roof parts and used a soldering iron to heat weld them together. Glue is perfectly fine too. This way, I could ensure the duct lumen was totally open. Now that the duct works and bridging is no issue, it could possibly print the duct as one piece. 1. Print four pieces of each (1-4) and two pieces of number 5. I didn't use any supports while printing, but it's optional to use in the nozzle view opening if your printer bridges very poorly. Use PETG, ABS or Amphora, etc. 2. Make sure the duct is clear of debris. 3. Heat weld or glue the pieces together. If you want to be on the safe side regarding heat deformation, coat the lower parts of the outflow tracts (in closest proximity to the heating block, part 4+5 and between) with a thin coat of epoxy (optional). 4. Just replace the stock fan duct with the new one after putting it together - no modification necessary other than a slightly longer screw to fit the top fan hole. Voilà! Great airflow but other than that stock visuals and metallic parts instead of replacing them with plastic carriages. Happy printing!
