Flat base sloped at 5 degrees, slipper outlet, jackets on sides and base for hot water, reversed flat dish with 50mm knuckle radius for cladding base, 50mm insulation with fully welded outer cladding, 15 top cone, bolted manway, agitator, vent, central cip sprayball with offset sprayball for underside of manway. 2 off lifting lugs, inlet with angle filling horn to prevent foaming. This tank is used for cheese starter culture processing. Hygienic design.
