The "River Jet" from Proboat is an excellent little boat. Unfortunately, its steering can be quite twitchy due to the oversized jet nozzle. Many experts agree that this problem stems from Proboat's design choice, which prioritized aesthetics over performance. While the nozzle does look great, it needs significant improvement. To address this issue, a simple 3D design solution is available. This sleeve is designed as an interference fit, meaning it will press snugly into the throat of the stock nozzle and dramatically improve steering performance. To install the sleeve, you'll need to remove the original nozzle, but this should only take about 5 minutes. The tapered end of the sleeve goes at the front part of the nozzle.
