Transistor tester "Probe" for fast test TO220 & D-PAK packages. 0. Buy some Spring Test Probe Pogo (D 0.5-0.6mm Length 16mm). 1. Print all parts. 2. Insert wires into handle, using USB cables with five wires inside. 3. Solder three wires to a three-needle connector and two wires to a tact switch. 4. Glue needles to the head, applying heat if necessary for easy injection. 5. Combine the head and handle, securing wire ends with glue and closing with a cap. 6. Add a "Test" button holder and cap to the handle, gluing them together after inserting the tact switch. 7. Create an external socket for the "Test" Button using your imagination. 8. Enjoy your profit! UPDATE 11.08.2018: - Update the handle with more space for wires inside. - Add a tact button labeled "Test". - Adjust the head for comfortable testing. UPDATE 12.08.2018: - Modify the head by applying heat and inserting 0.8mm drill bits, then cooling it down to work properly. - Add a cap to hide wires and make the head more stable. - Add a button cap to hide wires. UPDATE 26.08.2018: Update the probe handle with a five-millimeter diameter internal cable channel.
