Pro-oiler dual nozzle
thingiverse
Due to offroad-driving I allready broke the nozzle of my Pro-oiler several times. I decided to make my own: stronger AND possible to make and mount a new one without the need of buyong parts. I designed three prototypes, and used a small 3mm plastic tube for the connection. This tube is an RC-car antenna-sleeve, widely available in any RC-store. Prototype 1 features two protruding points that touch the sprocket and preventing the oil-bleeding-holes to be blocked. EVen if they wear out, this is a very easy part to replace. This prototype is designed with the use of PETG in mind as this is less brittle then PLA. Also, I made the holes and tubes inside higher then large, so not round, to prevent any printing-issues creating bloackage. It worked out just fine on my Prusa-mk3s, printed at 0.15 with prusament Petg. No SUpports needed. Prototype 2 and 3 are meant to be used with plastic antenna-tubes mounted, which can be heated and bent slightly at the tip. Haven't tested those yes .. as protoptype 1 functions just fine for now. I printed my test-versions in bright orange, partly to be able to see any problems, breakage, ... more easely
