Featuring an extensive collection of 25 realistic Cottage Houses, this professional architectural design is based on detailed construction DWG drawings. The average house dimensions are 20m x 12m x 12m, measured in centimeters. Originally created using 3ds Max 2011, these models are versatile and suitable for various applications such as real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. On average, each house model consists of about 15,000 polygons/18,000 vertices. The high-quality mesh boasts clean edge flow, with thorough testing for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The low-poly geometry is easily editable, allowing you to add additional details. A Shell Modifier has been applied for glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layers for convenience. All preview images have been rendered using 3.20 V-Ray, while wire images showcase geometry testing with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt.
