This shield covers both front-facing cameras and all three rear cameras as shown at https://www.att.com/devicehowto/index.html#!/devicediagram?make=LG&model=LGLMV405UA. I'm not sure if it's specifically adapted to work while the LG V40 has the Otter Box on, but you could change it as necessary using the blend file.
