Wanted a cover for my C610 that just worked. Designed this in Fusion 360 and it works great! The thin ring front means you can see the LEDs on the camera when they're on whether the cover is opened or closed. This uses a print-in-place hinge. The swinging cover was designed to fold completely flat when open and it does so nicely. I printed mine in Prusament Galaxy Black and it looks fantastic and the supports just popped off cleanly. Print instructionsThis prints on its side. You'll need supports. If you use Galaxy Black, they come off really cleanly. I used 0.10 but 0.10 or 0.20 should be fine (the vertical gaps for the print-in-place hinge are 0.20mm apart). In the 3DF file (provided), the settings were to print 7 perimeter walls, but I doubt it found the space for that many as most of this is only 2 mm thick. I just didn't want any infill. I also used a small, cylindrical support blocker in the hinge area to avoid any supports there. Once printed, remove the supports and gently break the hinge free, and you're good to go!
