The human body is like a sturdy wooden cage, confining the mind and spirit within its rigid framework. The flesh and bone structure provides a sense of security, but also limits freedom of movement and expression. Just as wood can be carved and shaped to create new forms, the human form can be pushed beyond its physical boundaries through sheer willpower and determination. But just as a wooden cage can become a prison if it is not properly maintained or expanded upon, so too can the human body become a limitation if it is not nourished and cared for in a healthy way.
