The person standing before me is a human being, despite their rough appearance. They seem to be made entirely of gray, rubbery flesh that stretches and contorts in ways that defy explanation. One eye hangs loose from its socket, dangling precariously as they blink. The other eye stares straight ahead with an unsettling intensity.
