PRISM Presence Lamp. Laser-cut for 3mm MDF. You'll need a dual AAA battery case, small on/off button, 2 LEDs and a small M3 screw for the case lid. The battery box assembly is very similar to "Cube Lamp." Use white glue diluted with water to assemble it. Glue a thin sheet of colored paper on the sides as well. Update August 2019: New Instructions. All laser-cut files are now in dxf R12 ASCII format. You have three files that differ only in kerf compensation. There's no kerf compensation, all notches compensated 0.15mm, and same thing, 0.20mm. Kerf is the amount of material that disappears during cutting. To avoid using glue and make a correct assembly, this kerf is compensated in the vector file itself. Cut and assemble the model with the 015kerf file or the 020kerf if your laser has a wider cut. If you want to make significant modifications to the file, use the 0kerf file. Enjoy! Give OBUQ a like on Facebook: www.fb.com/obuq.design. Thanks to FabLab Lisbon: fablablisboa.pt
