Printtable Stability Upgrade
thingiverse
I finally completed my Printtable printer, and then I noticed that when I tried to print at high speeds or acceleration, the printer's structure would start bending and the squares made by the IKEA Lack table sides became distorted. To solve this issue, I had to create a workaround using two printed parts plus a laser-cut piece of wood (6mm thick) as shown in the attached pictures. Print Settings: Printer: Printtable Rafts: No rafts were used during printing. Supports: Supports were not needed for this print job. Resolution: The printer was set to 0.3 mm resolution. Infill: The infill percentage was set at 25%.
