Ramps 1.4 housing that fits directly onto mountings for original Printrite Mainboard and cover, utilizing MB mounting screws for secure attachment. The internal mounting points accommodate Arduino Mega board and Ramps shield seamlessly. Two 40mm cooling fans can be installed on the front, providing ample airflow to prevent overheating - a feature requested by users living in warmer climates who prefer optimal printing conditions. A built-in mounting system is provided for Full Graphics LCD Controller, ensuring easy integration with the printer. Rear access is also available for routing endstops and X-axis motor cable. The main base plate is designed to be split, allowing for easier printing on a printrite-sized bed measuring 200x200mm. This housing can be printed using either PLA or ABS plastic. However, it's recommended that users opt for ABS if they already possess a heatbed, as the two base plates can be heat-welded together with ease. To assemble this housing, the following components are required: * 14 M2x14mm screws/bolts (for housing & LCD mounting) * 4 M2 hex nuts (for LCD mounting) * 6 M2x20mm screws/bolts (for Arduino/Ramps mounting) These parts can be sourced from reputable suppliers, such as the ones listed on eBay.
