PrintRite DIY Printer Z Axis Thumb Adjuster
thingiverse
This is a precision-crafted Z-Axis end-stop screw thumb adjuster designed for seamless integration with the Improved Y-Axis Gantry End Blocks by 'thedayowl' on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:995185). The Print-Rite DIY 3D printer users will appreciate this custom-made solution. To ensure a secure fit, I utilized a heated bed spring to keep it tightly in place. Moreover, at the bottom of the Y-Axis part, I cleverly implemented a captive nut that resolves the long-standing issue of thread damage when adjusting the Z-Axis end stop. Note that the photo of the captive nut appears upside down. For added convenience, I lengthened the screw to accommodate varying user needs; feel free to adjust as required for optimal performance.
