Printrbot Z-stop thumb adjuster

Printrbot Z-stop thumb adjuster

The conventional Phillips screwdriver adjustment for the Z-stop on a Printrbot V2 is inconvenient; hence, I designed an adjuster to eliminate the need for it. The adjuster features a visible arrow indicating the adjustment location and works effectively as a recommended upgrade. To install it, print the part, cut off the head of a 6/32 adjustment bolt, add a nut on the trimmed end, thread it into the adjuster, tighten against the adjuster, reattach the knob, set the Z-stop height, and mark the arrow with a permanent marker. For better accuracy, file down the threads at the bottom of the bolt where it meets the stop switch.
