The Printrbot spool holder's base is widened to 89 mm to accommodate wider filament spools from reprapworld.com. This modification ensures a snug fit while allowing space for larger reels. Print the first layer slowly to prevent damage at tight corners, and consider V2 improvements that include clips matching the wooden legs and a shortened screw holder for better engagement. In future versions (V3), an OpenSCAD design with parametric reel width adjustment is planned.
