I acquired a PrintrBot Spool Coaster (http://printrbot.com/shop/spool-coaster/) and, during assembly, snapped one of the fasteners that secure the bearings. To fix this issue, I utilized Google Sketchup to design a replacement part, which I subsequently printed on my PrintrBot Simple. The modified coaster now functions smoothly, and I believe others could benefit from this solution too.
