Another Upgrade for My Printrbot Simple. Replacing the Z Axis Requires a New Mount. Since I switched out my original Z-axis for a newer model featuring only a 1mm thread, it became necessary to acquire an updated end to securely hold the new assembly in place. Instructions to Attach the New Mount: Printing Recommendations: This mount should be printed with 100% infill to ensure maximum structural integrity. Installation: After printing, carefully apply glue to secure an M6 nut into position. Note: These instructions are designed for users who have replaced their Z axis with a newer model measuring 6mm wide and boasting a 1mm thread.
