This addon enhances JohnSL's excellent bed height adjustment set (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10351) by replacing a top right clip and incorporating an x-axis spectra cord tensioner. It avoids the need to dismantle the bed due to slack cords and slipping x-axes. However, print with support material enabled and remove it later, especially from the tensioner screw hole center and guide slot top for cord guidance. The component can experience significant rotational force around the bed height screw mount; thus, a locking tab with a hole for a screw is included to secure it to the lower bed plate. This may need a small hole in the wooden plate for the screw, which is recommended. Printrbot Simple printed this part in black PLA with required support material.
