The original feet for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:593072 were too large to fit inside the bracket because I didn't have flexible filament. The originals probably fitted snugly when printed with a different type of filament. Someone mentioned https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:280489, scaled up by 130%, but they were still too big. The bottoms are 1 inch thick; I tried using felt pads but they slipped too much. So I designed these new feet and made them from standard PLA stock. They measure 3/4 inch or 20mm in diameter and fit perfectly, snapping into place. I added some rubber pads from Home Depot to prevent the printer from shifting around or moving, making it quieter in the process. A special thanks goes out to Thorped for designing the foot bar; it's extremely durable and the best one I've seen yet. It snaps into place and widens the stance of the printer. I highly recommend printing it and experimenting with different pegs to find what works best for you. *** Update: I remixed the peg design, creating a small void for a 0.5 inch pad. This is the version I've been using on my 3 Simple Metals for the past six months. You can purchase sticky rubber 0.5 inch pads at Home Depot for just a few dollars; they work better because the rubber pad stays in place. I printed them with 15% support, making it easier to remove. The pad fits snugly, which is great and prevents the machine from vibrating on the table while also keeping it quiet.
