Printrbot Simple Tensioner
thingiverse
A single part substitution for the late 2013 Printrbot Simple's cord tensioners, typically assembled from laser-cut pieces 21 and 22. Further details about this component's design can be found here: http://anoved.net/2014/02/5458/. For printing, I used PLA with specifications of 3 walls, 3 top/bottom layers, and 0.4 honeycomb infill. Some minor filing was required on the "arms" to ensure a proper fit around the laser-cut wooden parts.
