Printrbot Simple Pro Name Plate

<p>I built a Printrbot Simple Pro from parts, but didn't use a controller that used an LCD. I wanted to close the missing LCD hole and designed this to fit in that spot.</p> <p>The logo/text are remixed from motorbikemikexb9's "Printrbot Keyfob 3 color".</p> <h3> Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Notes:</strong></p> <p>There are two versions: one for dual extruders and the other for a single extruder.</p> <p>For the dual extruder version, there are two files: a 'base' and a 'text' STL. Setup your slicer to arrange them together and chose different colors for each model.</p> <p>For the single extruder version, you can print the first layers with one color, then pause to swap out filament after the base is finished to print the top logo in a second color.</p> <h3> How I Designed This</h3> <p>This was modeled in SketchUp Make 2017 (free version).
