A miniature power distribution box specifically designed for use with my Printrbot Simple, incorporating an essential aspect of safety features that is imperative in any workshop environment where precise control over equipment is necessary. At its core, this little module has two inputs: one brings in factory voltage from a primary source and lights up red when it's powered on. This module provides users complete autonomy to manage their machines without the constant risk of power fluctuations that often result from factory-sourced electricity. With an additional LED light on a switched control board highlighted with a distinct green color, we have yet another essential safety feature: automatic monitoring of machine settings for overheating or undercooking risks. This distribution box provides two additional functions by powering a Printrbot extruder fan when the unit's operation gets slightly out of sync with factory-set controls due to wear and tear on parts inside that would require manual adjustments. One can simply place it securely alongside the rest without altering their system whatsoever using two reusable mounting screws. All modifications necessary have been fully accounted for during its production, making assembly process straightforward and accessible even at the lowest skill levels possible while minimizing clutter from having separate boxes stacked together vertically when running large-scale projects.
