I'm building my Printrbot pi b+ case now. Case instructions: for printing the main body, use solid infill at 100%. However, I only printed the top casing with a mere 25% infill density and it holds together just fine. To get your Raspberry Pi B+ set up, slide it in sideways from the side without connectors attached first. When you start sliding it towards the jack and HDMI slots, be prepared to flex the case slightly as you work your way around that edge - rest assured, the rigidity of the casing will support it nicely once installed. Fasten your Raspberry Pi with M3 5mm long screws.
