I created this from another design I developed by eliminating all parts of the enclosure so that I could easily install the new 10" X-Axis upgrade without converting my massive table box into a huge enclosure. Therefore, I opted for an open-air style that still accommodates a full-sized power supply, LCD control panel, SD card extender, cooling fan, spool holder, and USB panel plate, and there is space to include a Raspberry Pi as well. The whole case has been kept as short as possible because of the presence of the LCD and power supply; subsequently, I recessed the Printrbot into it as low as I could while still allowing the bed to clear on both sides. Even with the Printrbot lowered down, there is a full 2" of open space underneath the entire unit that allows for the cooling fan to maintain optimal temperatures around all electronics and stabilizes the entire printer. If you do not have access to a laser cutter, let me know, and we will figure out an alternative. Make sure to check out my other enclosure design if you do not intend on getting the extended bed: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:828774
