Printrbot Simple Metal Mounting Stands

PURPOSE These mounting stands enable secure attachment of the Printrbot Simple Metal to a surface, minimizing unnecessary movement. PARTS Three parts comprise the mounting stand assembly: Back End Mounting Stand Front Left Mounting Stand Front Right Mounting Stand Each part is designed to slide onto the Printrbot Simple Metal's bottom frame snugly, with approximately 0.4mm of leeway in the grooves. Note that left and right notation refers to the user facing the front end of the Printrbot; parts will only fit in their respective positions. I am working on providing real photos of the mounting stands on my Printrbot and supplying dimensional schematics for each part. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: Yes Supports: No Infill: 20% Post-Printing Attachment Directions Check the parts for defects: a. Verify grooves are clear of extra or dragged filament. b. Ensure grooves are straight. Attach the respective parts to the Printrbot: a. Align the grooves of each part with the frame and slide them onto the frame. (Some force may be required.) Position the Printrbot in the desired location on the surface. Use screws to secure the mounting stands to the surface via the 4mm diameter mounting holes. Adjust as necessary, depending on your situation.
