We've got a whole fleet of Printrbot Simple Metal printers over here at Filabot, and let me tell you, they're truly awesome machines - but they do need just a little bit of stabilization to keep them running smoothly. These legs reference off the inside of the base, which helps keep them perfectly aligned. Adding small adhesive grippy pads on the flats of the legs can also give you some extra grip for stability. The front and rear legs are identical, so you won't have to worry about different parts or anything like that.
