I upgraded my 3D printer's cooling system with a custom 75mm x 30mm Blower Fan. This upgrade enhances cooling performance, especially when working with Timberfill and Bronzefill filaments. It also works well for PLA, promoting better bridging, overhangs, or small details that tend to warp. Check out the results on my #3DBenchy print using Fillamentum's PLA Extrafill Rapunzel Silver. Key benefits of this upgrade include: The fan duct doesn't require a traditional "notch" due to its unique design, which allows for more airflow. You can use the duct separately from the fan upgrade by attaching it directly outside the standard mount. A shim is provided to replace the space occupied by the standard fan when using another standard-sized duct.
