See it in action here: https://goo.gl/gv60W8 This is a neat little device for attaching to the filament feeder of a 3D printer. As the filament feeds into the extruder, it will spin visibly. You can tell at a glance that your filament is either extruding or retracting properly. There are two versions: one with a tight gap and another with a big gap. The tight gap fits snugly, but there's a risk of it falling off if you don't secure it. Get the big gap tentacle for extra peace of mind, as there's enough space to add a single drop of hot glue to keep it in place. This device should fit any printer with a similar feeder mechanism. The hole is 5mm at its widest point, making it perfect for the tight tentacle.
