Printrbot Simple Metal Fan Cover & Hose Clamp

I designed a custom fan cover to improve safety and added a hose clamp for secure wiring routing and reduced motor flex. The clamp will form an additional secure point with the existing zip-tie beneath the extruder motor. Fan dimensions: 40x40mm, Clamp inner diameter: 10mm. View only the cover here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:879894 The fan cover uses the original screws and threads are just long enough to exit the hex nut, as in 50an6xy06r6n's fan duct (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:356001) or my remix thereof (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:878681), but not the standard Pribtrbot fan shroud. The clamp creates a snug fit for wiring and wire wrap, that's its purpose. Install: 1. Remove 5cm (2 inches) of the wire wrap. 2. Place all wiring within the clamp. 3. Slide the clamp over the wire wrap by inserting an extended piece of wire wrap through the opening. 4. Reinstall the wire wrap after positioning the clamp over it. 5. Move the clamp backward, sliding it over the reinstalled wire wrap. 6. Assemble the fan cover, fan and fan shroud in place. 7. Securely tighten the clamp with a zip-tie (2.5mm wide). I printed with 50% infill to keep the clamp arm sturdy, at 0.2mm layer height and 0.8mm shell thickness, using PLA material @ 25mm/s speed and 208degC temperature. Support was not needed as the steepest angle is about 56 degrees from vertical.
