Printrbot Simple Metal E-Jogger Knob

When swapping filaments on an octoprint, I don't have macros set up for changing filaments, so instead I created a knob to jog the unpowered extruder to help load new filament through a Prusa Simple Metal. This attaches directly to the exposed shaft of the stepper motor. For those of you who find the lever on the extruder hard to push down, this jogger knob will save you the effort. Please use common sense and keep foreign objects/upgrades away from the now moving part if you decide to leave it in place. It is designed so that it fits snugly for long-term use and can be removed without any set screws.
