I really liked Bob_Ferr's fan grille and cable guide, but to be honest, I never saw much use in having a fan grille on that tiny fan. So, I just chopped it off and kept the cable guide - now that's what I call simplicity! To keep it in place, you'll need to wrap a small zip tie around it. I hope this helps anyone who needs a little guidance! I've attached both STL and IPT files for Autodesk Inventor 2018, and if you need any other formats, just let me know - I'm more than happy to oblige!
