I wanted to test the original fan mount by Creyc, but a remixed filament guide was already in place, using one of two mounting screws. So, I redrew this part. It works reasonably well, yet clunking sounds come from the centrifugal fan due to printer arm motion being identical with the fan bearing, causing the fan to float up and down on the spindle. Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 25% Notes: Used blue Taulman PLA. Post-Printing The 50mm blower fan is secured in place solely by screw tension. It features a slot for a captive nut that I had to clean out and enlarge a bit with my rotary tool.
