A small mechanism consisting of 3 pieces forms an attachment for the Logitech C170 webcam to attach to the Printrbot Simple Metal's (2016) heated bed. The camera fits snugly inside the mount when folded, while the camera attachment clicks into place on the bottom bracket with some gentle force applied. A zip tie secures the bracket that wraps around the heated bed in its position. Hatchbox ABS is used here, and no issues have arisen after installation. Post-Printing Wrap the bracket that interfaces with the heated bed in multiple layers of electrical tape for added friction and some insulation from heat. Secure the assembly with zip ties and gentle force applied.
