PrintrBot Simple - Flexible Light
thingiverse
This is for a mountable LED light that can turn dark basements into brighter spaces. It attaches securely to the front and easily snaps into place thanks to its reliable ball joints. A carefully crafted hole runs through the center of the post up to the Light housing, providing an efficient path for wires to flow. The LED holder demands just one simple screw, and I've even created a detailed model specifically designed for an M3 sized screw. Let me know your thoughts on this design and whether you have any innovative improvements to share. I appreciate your feedback! Print Settings: Rafts: No worries about these Supports: Absolutely essential for stability Resolution: An incredibly precise .2 Layers Infill: Filling the inside with a strong 45% density of solid material will guarantee a rock-solid build. Notes: Remember to print everything vertically to prevent excessive stress on the ball sockets, which could potentially split under too much pressure. This is an essential point to keep in mind throughout the printing process. Just be sure to have adequate support in place for overhanging sections - with those taken care of, the rest will turn out perfectly fine!
