In an update, V2 of the straightforward filament guide has been uploaded, ensuring smoother removal when necessary. Previously, I experimented with various Brook Drumm filament guides like the laser-cut one provided in my kit and a customized plastic version from Thingiverse. Despite personal adjustments for better fit, none were sufficiently secure to maintain straight filament or prevent buckling. To address this issue, I designed an internal block within the assembly that ensures absolute stability and prevents the filament from derailing. Since implementing this modification, my prints have run smoothly without binding issues.
